The service we offer is a door-to-door service. Our estimated delivery times are between 3 to 10 working days for major cities and 3 to 12 working days for outlying areas. TSL will strive to deliver on time, however, things happen which are outside of our control and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Standard Delivery – All Standard over R2000 orders qualify for FREE delivery.
Expedited Delivery - Should you require a special arrangement such as overnight delivery or weekend delivery, please contact Customer service on 087 147 4069 or firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we will contact you and attempt to deliver a second time. After that, the order will be returned to TSL in Cape town.
